Right of withdrawal

Customers who enter into this agreement on digital education in their capacity as private individuals have the right to withdraw from the agreement - right of withdrawal - in accordance with the Act (2005: 59) on distance agreements and agreements outside business premises. This right of withdrawal is valid for 14 days from the day the customer enters into the agreement. A customer who enters into the agreement in his capacity as a trader is not entitled to withdraw from the agreement. Once the customer has started the digital training, the right to withdraw from the agreement ceases.
